2025: Year Rewind
Product releases galore, a new Pro Audio division, innovative AI-assisted workflows, an Emmy(!), and customer spotlights.
As we close out 2025, weโre looking back on an incredible year in which we celebrated 30 years of innovation, released more products than months in a year, and added a Pro Audio division to bring video and audio together under one roof. We also introduced tons of AI tools to assist your workflows and highlighted our favorite people (you!).

Pro Audio Tools: Sequoia, Samplitude & Music Studio
We were โ and still are โ excited to add a powerful trio of Pro Audio tools: Sequoia, Samplitude, and Music Studio. The DAWs give you a complete audio workflow from live production and recording to mixing and mastering, and are powered by a unique hybrid audio engine with intelligent latency management, delivering uncompromising audio quality. You'll find all three included in the Boris FX Suite!
Along with our new products, we also welcomed many new team members across development & engineering, along with product specialists Zak Ciotti, Grant Kay, and Christoph Zapletal, who have been tearing it up with new tutorials and friendly, easy-to-follow teaching styles.

This year will always hold a special place in our hearts. Not only did it mark the 30th anniversary of our first Continuum release (!), but our original, pioneering flagship was also recognized with an Engineering, Science & Technology Emmyยฎ Award for its contributions and lasting impact on television. ๐

SynthEyes was also honored at NAB with a Best in Show award for its 2025 release. The speedy 3D camera solve toolkit was recognized for its one-click AI masking that revolutionizes garbage mask creation and bolsters object tracking.

The Electric State (Netflix)
This year, we caught up with visual effects teams, editors, matchmove & 3D tracking artists, and photographers to see how youโre using our products and learn a few tricks.
